What would you say? What would your advice be? What would you do
What do you hope your life will look like? Did you let go of opinions of
Go to the mirror. Naked. Just look at yourself. And name all the
things you love about your body. Do this every day for at least
a week.
Write a letter to yourself. As your body. Tell yourself how you feel, do
you feel taken care of and appreciated? If needed, also write an apology
letter to your body. And tell your body how you will improve.
