Alphabet Chant Letter Ii

I i
On an itty old island, an inchworm was ill.
He’d eaten some ice cream—more than his fill.

Into an igloo, the inchworm did crawl.

Ice in the entrance and ice in the hall.

The ice cooled his head, and Inchy felt better.

I do think that inchworm might just need a sweater.

Though Inchy felt better, he just got more ill.

Remember, young insect, eat only your fill.

Now read this rhyme both fast and slow,

And find all the I words as you go.
