this refer to the procedure, materials, and statistical methods/formula use in the study ( if any), ETC.

The team has planned everything that needs to be done before doing the actual survey in order to
establish a more detailed procedure in conducting the inventory and also it provides the group a
baseline data that is needed in the assessing of the land uses of the site area investigated.

The team made use of the observation method in gathering data and information needed to answer the
objectives of the survey or investigation. Secondary data are also considered in order to backup the
information gathered.

The team facilitates the immediate completion of the investigation. All member of the survey team
observed on the links/ mid blocks, intersections and junctions of the road. The materials used in
conducting the road inventory are steel tape.measure,.

VII. Results and discussion.


Present table that describe the data gathered. Include textual presentations of the data
gathered.
The section presents the results and discussion of data gathered to answer the objectives of the
survey or investigation.

1. Present information relative to the study area ( e.g. 1. length of road, width, the presence of
sidewalks, the presence of temporary / permanent structures ( i.e. Building, electric post,
telephone facilities, terminal, etc) meaning the usage of the lot adjacent the road being
studied, etc. 2. The pavement condition such as the surface defects and other form of
pavement distresses)

Table 1 revealed the present condition of Santa Boulevard St. which is the primary road surveyed by
the team.
2. The road conditions ( e.g. distress of the concrete pavement), also include the geometrics,
and traffic control devices such as signage’s, signals, pavement markings, etc. k. Appendices:
Used/accomplished table/forms during survey, documentations, etc.
