Due to limited vacancies for each combination and
constraints faced when allocating subjects and classes,
any appeal to meet subject combination eligibility must
be submitted by 27 Oct and any appeal to request for
change of subject combination must be submitted by 16
Nov, after which we will not be able to accommodate
further changes.
At least 225 overall for math, life science and
physical science for triple science option.

We will communicate outcome of appeals

by 19 Nov and end the promotion exercise.
Points to Note:
• You will not be able to select the options you are not eligible. E.g triple
science if your combined math and science subjects is not ≥ 225. You need to
choose options you are eligible for and appeal separately for the ones you
are not eligible for.
• For dropping of HMT, your subject teacher would have briefed you on the
admin needed. You need to submit one copy to your MT teacher and attach
another one to the subject option printout.
• If however, you are not eligible for some combinations but due to system
error, it allows you to select these options, we will be able to find out and
you will be asked to re-select your options.
• Students who are currently taking third language, Malay SP, CSP or MEP
need not submit a letter of appeal when those constitute your 9th
subject. On the other hand, If you would like to drop any of those
subjects, you need to write in to seek approval from the school. The
letter must be signed by your parents.
• If you are taking Art as a 9th subject, not in lieu of a humanities subject,
you need to attach a letter of appeal to do so.
• If you changed your mind before 26 Oct 2359, just delete
your options and re-enter them.
• If you change your mind after 26 Oct 2359, your parent
needs to write in to appeal for change.
• All appeal letters must bear parent’s signature.
• Only selections done after 12 p.m. on 24 Oct will be
processed. The rest of entries before that date will be
deleted.
Reminder:

You need to submit the following by 27 Oct (Thursday) 0800:

1) Subject Options Printout with Parents’ Signature
2) Attach Draft Term 4 report (Your PCTs will print for you by 22 Oct)
3) Form to drop HMT if applicable.
4) Appeal letter if applicable, with parent’s signature.
