2. Notarized lease of contract stating the name of applicant
3. Any 1 of the following:
o Alien Certificate of Registration
o Valid Visa
o Work Permit
o Written confirmation from employer with estimated work tenure of atleast 12 months (from date of application)
o Official Tenancy Agreement from employer stating office residence address
