6 requests anew. Facebook Groups.
Challenges

How are we supposed to know that the answers are

legitimate? They could easily lie.
Resolve:
Our current capacity compels us to approve join requests on the basis of good faith. The
questions are our strategy for risk minimization. In the event that an issue surfaces, the Regional
Coordinator will be the one to moderate.
Challenges

What if a student joins a Group that does not

match his/her Region?
For example, Student A studying in the NCR Region joins the CHED
Pinaskolar CAR Region

Resolve:
Include a contact number or email in the questionnaire so that the student can be
contacted and informed (templated message) that they should join the proper Group,
which will also be linked in the message. If text message will be used, one-way SMS
service can be utilized (paid).
Challenges

Engagement of Regional Coordinators

Resolve:

● Creation of a memo indicating the TORs of RCs and their targets duly
signed by Chairman Popoy
● Constant meeting with designated RCs per region
Challenges

A Facebook Group only allows up to three questions in

the questionnaire.
Resolve:
Compile the questions into clumps rather than individually asking each.
Challenges

Admins or moderators need Facebook accounts in

order to be added to the Group. Should they use their
personal accounts?
Resolve:
Create a new single Facebook account that will be used across all 17 Groups. The profile will be
given a name and persona (similar to Globe’s “Thea” and “Gie”; Apple’s “Siri”).
