Chop the onions and garlic. Slice the red pepper and the green pepper. Slice the chicken. Heat the oil in a
pan, then fry the onions and the garlic for five minutes. Then add the chicken and the peppers. Fry the
chicken and the peppers for five minutes. Then add the curry paste, but not too much. Add the coconut milk
– but not too much – when the chicken and peppers are cooked. Put the pan in the oven and cook for ten
