A. Boxing:

Name: Emmanuel D. Pacquiao


Birthdate: December 17, 1978Birthplace: Kibawe
Occupation/Career before joining the sport: Outside
of boxing, Pacquiao entered politics in 2007 but he
lost. In May 2010, he won a landslide in standing for a
representative of Sarangani province.
Accomplishment in sporting career, and then after:
Manny Pacquiao made history by being the first boxer
ever win world titles in eight weight divisions, having
won twelve major world titles, as well as being the
first boxer to win the lineal championship in five
different weight classes. He plan to expand career led
to his retirement from professional boxing 10 days
later.

B. Basketball
Name: Kobe Paras
Birthdate: September 19, 1997Birthplace: Quezon City
Occupation/Career before joining the sport: Paras
entered Cathedral High School in Los Angeles in the
Middle of the 2013-14 school years where he played
for the school’s basketball when he was high school
student.
Accomplishment in sporting career, and then after:
Paras accomplishments in the PBA are what legends
are made of, to say the least. Not a lot of players can
duplicate his achievements.

C. Volleyball

Birthdate: June 29, 1993
Birthplace: San Juan
Occupation/Career before joining the sport:
She’s still a student at University of Santo
Tomas High School and she already play the
Volleyball games when she was high school
student.
Accomplishment in sporting career, and then
after: She was made captain and rewarded that
vote of confidence by playing brilliantly and
winning the MVP award for the fourth time in her
career and now she’s the one of housemate in
Pinoy Big Brother.

B. Socially and Emotionally

 For me, school sport cannot affect me because being involved in school sport are totally needed as
a student. Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our wellbeing and it helps a lot in
physical, mental, social and our emotion. Participating in this kind of physical activity can increase
our self-esteem and reduce stress or having an anxiety. Sports participation has favourable impact
on a variety of factors. Along with enhancing physical health, it promotes positive mental health and
improves social skills. Participation in sports fosters good lifestyle habits that help the body by
improving coordination, physical fitness, and strength.
