Puso ti Kababaihan is an organization of empowered women in the 2nd District of Ilocos Sur.
Thus, this program makes women serves their real purpose to become productive citizens of
the society and be agents of change. With these regards, we, the Puso ti Kababaihan of
Bagani Ubbog, Candon City, Ilocos Sur would like to request your good office an additional
fund for the said organization. This fund shall support the small cooperative that will be put
up and livelihood program for its members as agreed during our meeting and consultation.
