THE QUEEN'S GOALS SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Our 2021 SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM in collaboration with

SENSATIONNEL ZA, PLATINOVIDA and CRUSHING THE
PRESSURE(Loveworldsat). The program aimed at equipping girls from an
economically underprivileged background with specific skill sets to foster
and nurture a career in the Hair and Beauty Industry.
Over the month of March, these 10 girls were trained by the NOMA HAIR
SALON in basic hair braiding. During the training, the girls fully dedicated
themselves to learning the trades of the Hair Dressing business.
They learnt from the NOMA HAIR SALON, not only the basics of hair
braiding but how to effectively run it as a business.

On the 27th of March, these 10 STUDENTS were awarded by THE QUEEN'S

GOALS, SENSATIONNEL ZA, PLATINOVIDA and CRUSHING THE
PRESSURE(Loveworldsat) with CERTIFICATES for having successfully
completed the month's long training program.
Our TOP FIVE best-performing students were also selected for a post-
training APPRENTICESHIP at the NOMA HAIR SALON as well as have the
amazing opportunity of being featured on a live TV INTERVIEW called
CRUSHING THE PRESSURE.

It was deeply rewarding to see our students overwhelmed with joy as they
received their certificates and prizes. Their excitement towards receiving
their certificates was evidence of the impact the program had on them
Thank you to our dear sponsors for making this project truly impactful.
