about defining the customer or target market and tailoring of product, pricing,

distribution and promotion strategies to satisfying that target market Industry analysis.

The market can be divided into three market segments, Young Adults, Tourist and

Families . Tourist will comprise the majority of dinner time business with individuals

making up the majority of lunch time business. Comida Deliciosa will be operating within

the fast-casual niche of the restaurant industry. They will be competing against other

segments within the industry such as fast food as well as more traditional sit down

restaurants.

Products:

Comida Deliciosa is a simple restaurant with buffet and dining service. And the

products or foods that our restaurant Comida Deliciosa will sell are Special Bulalo,

Dinakdakan, Calderetang Baka, Steam Veggies with Bagoong, Sinigang na Baboy,

Chicken Lollipop, Creamy Chicken White Sauce, Barbeque, Oriental Pasta and Creamy

Carbonara. For our drink we have Shandy, Cucumber shake, Lemonade, Buko Shake

and our special wine Carlo Rossi. And the important thing is the dessert and we have

Crema Banana, Puto De Leche and Chocolate Mousse. And for now these are the only

foods, drinks and desserts that we can find on the menu of Comida Deliciosa. These

foods or products are well thought out and planned by our group that we know can be

sold. These foods are usually only seen in other restaurants so this is also what we
want to sell, because it is unique and so that they do not have to go to another place to

taste this kind of food.

Location

Comida Deliciosa will be built in the area of Barangay Buenavista in the

Municipality of Magdalena in the province of Laguna. And the number of people living in

this Barangay is 2,209. Its population as determined by the 2015 Census was 2,209.

This represented 8.74% of the total population of Magdalena.And not only the residents

of the village can eat here but the whole town of Magdalena. According to our

research Magdalena also has a large population. It is a 4th class municipality in the

province of Laguna, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of

25,266 people. And besides that it is also a tourist destination because it is also known

as a beautiful place. This is also one of the reasons why here we want to build our

business Comida Deliciosa.

Market Analysis

The place where we will build are comida deliciosa business is the town of

magdalena. Please is a big a lot of people live here. However, within the general

population we will focus on three distinct groups young adults (including students and

business people), families tourist. For this three segments follow:

● Young adults - have the potential of providing large volume sales to the

company during peak hours 11:00 a.m to 2 p.m. . The lunch business is driven

by individuals many go out to lunch to get off campus , out of the office setting or

have business meeting at lunch either out of the office


● Families - a growing population, yes both numerically and in their choice for

convenient foods. Come families have less time to prepare meals, and working

parents tend to turn to fast and convenient food choices as well to accommodate

family demands.

● Tourist - this town annually for its premiere recreational activities and also a

tourist spot. And we know that the town of magdalena is a place to visit, beautiful

siri parks and churches that it has Competition analysis There are number of

competitors in area including fast food restaurant and downtown eateries. There

are also cafes but for from the place where will build business. We can Say the

eateries or restaurant are far away from here. And often the foods they say are

different from the food we sell so there will be no imitation or competition

specially with the food we sell.
