Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in a course provided by EHSE,you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and
conditions.

Enrolment

•Provide accurate individual information with ID copy, photos,e-mail id etc. Any change in
these informations should be reported within ten days.
• Eligibility for joining the course is based on your proficiency in English (written&oral).
• Delegates will be assigned a user name and password for further services (student
management software)
Payment

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees + 18% GST + applicable examination fees if required.
• Delegates are responsible for payment of their own accommodation/ transportation and
reservations.
• Course Fee should be completed within fifteen days from class started
• Hall tickets/ Results Certificate will not be processed or released unless payment is made
in full.
• EHSE reserves that right to refuse admission if payment is not received.

Change or Transfer
• In the case of NEBOSH,IOSH,HABC,MEDIC FIRST AID once a delegate has been
registered, he cannot be transferred, cancelled or substituted.

Cancellation/Refund

• If EHSE has to cancel the course for whatever reason, a full refund (of the course fee
only) will be given to any candidate who has paid a deposit or full amount
• EHSE reserve the right to cancel a course or amend any course date at any time
without liability. Candidates shall be given adequate notice of any changes in writing.
• Once enrolled cancellation or refunds will not be issued for all courses.
• In the case of Nebosh, refund of 70% of examination fees is possible only by the
submission of medical certificate relating to the illness.

Programme of study

• Compulsory participation in all the training sessions, revision classes and mock exams
conducted by EHSE.
• Highly qualified and approved trainers provide the training with updated materials &
handouts, mock exams and site visit
• Well facilitated class with Projectors, speakers etc.

Complaint Procedure

• Delegates can raise their complaints to EHSE through email(director@ehsetraining.com)

and this issue will be investigated and informed to delegates within ten working days.
• If the delegates are not satisfied with our reply they can directly complaint to the
certification body.

General

• Do not use the mobile phones in class hours

• Any misbehaviour (Physical or verbal abuse)inside the institution is punishable.
• Any damage or loss to the resources used to deliver training such as projector, speaker etc
includes liability to the delegates
• The delegates should be aware of the consequences they have to face if malpractice has
taken place
• The study materials received from EHSE should not be copied or distributed to any
third party without the prior written consent of EHSE.
