REPUBLIC ACT NO.

7624
R.A 7624 took effect on July 11, 1992 it’s the law that strengthens the existing laws
about drug addiction. It strengthened the laws governing the Philippine drug law
enforcement system. Law that advocates the drug independents in every individual
including the students in intermediate and secondary education. It covers the withdrawal
system in drug abuse and users. Where an individual should undergo withdrawal where
they will stop using a drug, so their body will change and go back to their old system.
However, this withdrawal system is life-threatening and is the only way to pave the way
for drugs.

Section 2:
Departments such as the department of education, culture and sports together with the
department of health and the dangerous drugs board should enhance, enforce and
promulgate rules and regulations that will help to organize and enhance the behaviors
and violators in this provision. And also give awareness to the users, the effect and
damage that they will receive when they continue using and abusing it.  Making the
rules and regulations under this provision is necessary and mandatory to make this
Republic Act more effective in implementing.
