1. How did the hare and tortoise come up with a plan?
 Hare always brag about its speed and that his faster than a car. That’s why
tortoise come up with the idea of race to stop the arrogance of hare.
2. Why is hard for people come together and combine their efforts?
 People who had a hard time to help other people is because they feel that if
they help the person his/her work is much better then hi/her.
3. What are the elements needed for effective teamwork?
 In team work you should know and respect the capacity of other person.
Maybe for you it’s easy but for other it is not. You should trust on others
too. If you can do it she/he can also. Don’t close the doors if someone has
wrong always correct them in your way.
