o Hot air re-circulating dampers (NG15S001 and

o ID fan discharge dampers (NR16S001 and NR26S001)
 Call out Boiler Engineering, fire proto-team and safety officer (if
outside hours).
 Open the electrostatic precipitator flue gas inlet dampers of the
affected air heater just before water is introduced to extinguish the
fire to allow space for water/steam flash over
 The USS or the proto team will slowly open the air heater fire
protection water supply valve of the affected valves (FCV216 and
FCV260).
 Ensure water is draining by looking at drain gutter behind PA fans
next to the road
