 Measure all material/quantities required for site by analyzing drawings.

 Checking material prices, making cost-effective solutions for the project.

 Work sheet analysis and segregating category of work involved in the projectproposal.

 Performing material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects.

 Preparing takeoffs for additional items required and support in preparing changeorders.

 Preparing cost breakdowns, estimates for tendering also vendor tracking forquotations.

  Liaise with sub-contractors; compare prices, and processing payments.

Approvals and use them in interim payments for on account payment.
 Compute final account taking into consideration all variations, amount expanded from Provisional
Sums.
 Installation & Estimation of Quantities for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Piping Systems.
 Assist in preparation of Change Orders and Variation Orders.
 Assist in evaluating claims.
 Attending the monthly progress review meetings and weekly meeting.
