❖ Verify the Final and Interim Invoices after checking the Consultant.
❖ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) for Mechanical, Civil & Electrical work as per the
standard.
❖ Represent the Employer/Client in Design and Build Contract.
❖ Measure all material/quantities required for site by analyzing drawings.
❖ Checking material prices, making cost-effective solutions for the project.
❖ Work sheet analysis and segregating category of work involved in the project
proposal.
❖ Performing material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects.
❖ Preparing takeoffs for additional items required and support in preparing change
orders.
❖ Preparing cost breakdowns, estimates for tendering also vendor tracking for
quotations.
❖ Development and monitoring database & Calculate the progress made in piping,
electrical & Civil

❖ Preparing Interim & final Payment.

❖ Liaise with sub-contractors; compare prices, and processing payments.
❖ Prepare the monthly Interim Invoices and submit for checking to the Consultant
❖ Prepare BOQ Reconciliation with respect to actual quantities to be executed as per
drawings.
❖ Check joint measurements taken by Inspectors and Land Surveyors during
inspection of Requests for Approvals and use them in interim payments for on
account payment.
❖ Compute final account taking into consideration all variations, amount expanded
from Provisional Sums.
❖ Installation & Estimation of Quantities for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Piping
Systems.
❖ Assist in preparation of Change Orders and Variation Orders.
❖ Assist in evaluating claims.

❖ Attending the monthly progress review meetings and weekly meetings.
