3. CORE VALUES
Executive Summary
This 2021 Annual Accomplishment
Report of Enriqueta Elementary School reflects
the true picture of consolidated efforts of the
school management, the teachers, PTA’s,
barangay populace and its leaders and other
stakeholders.
In line with the mandate of the
Department of Education to establish and
maintain complete, adequate and integrated
system of basic education relevant to the goals of
the Division of Northern Samar, Enriqueta Elementary School have implemented innovative
programs, projects and strategies laid down in the School Improvement Plan to increase access,
improved efficiency, and uphold quality of delivery of basic education to its clientele amidst the
Covid-19 Pandemic times.
In terms of access, prior data showed the gross enrolment rate of Enriqueta Elementary
School have improved and have shown a continuous increasing trend even though Covid-19 and all its
variants is wreaking havoc and fears to the community.
Meanwhile, the school dropout rate, repetition rate and failure rate has steadily maintained its
zero rate since school year 2016 up to the present. On the same span of year, the graduation rate of
this school maintained its 100% rate, while, its cohort survival rate and completion rate remain in its
steady course.
At present, the school strives to maintain its legacy by establishing programs and projects that
cater to the needs of the times for the betterment of our learners amidst the onslaught and threat of the
Covid-19 Pandemic that really by far continues to change the education landscape. But, in spite of the
uncertainties we face, we continues to face the challenges and adapt to the changes it offers and we
continue to live up to the expectations as being called of us being agents of change and we will press
on to give hope and encouragement to our learners and their parents.
In terms of the status of school over-all performance, it cannot be denied that Enriqueta ES
remain to be at the top of its target being consistently included in the Top-5 Best Performing schools
in the district as shown in the results of the quarterly DsMEA. And to add more glamour and spice to
its academic performance it is noted that our school remain on its target in beautifying the school,
improve its surroundings and adapted to the kind of nature that this pandemic has brought to the
system.
The Mean Percentage Score(MPS) by subject in all grade levels in all quarters of SY 2020-
2021 has shown its steady improvement and though Covid- 19 continues to be a formidable threat,
we had remained steadfast and fought a good fight in taking all the challenges and in the end we have
survived and been rewarded.
What really is noted most of all was the strong and heartfelt support of our school
stakeholders which have paved the way of the construction of some school infrastructures which have
clearly improved the beauty and adaptability of our school to the needs of the times. Of course, our
Division Office through its MOOE have continued to supply the needs of the school in its operation
which made it all possible to cope up with all the challenges that it faces.

E. NATIONAL GREENING PROGRAM

Enriqueta Elementary School has remained consistent to its mandate to continue its
Greening program in the school amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic time The school has tried its best
in the maintenance of cleanliness drive of the school ground and vicinity even if the majority of
the parents could not be available for help and assistance due to the apprehensions following the
local IATF Health and Safety Protocols.
However, in the absence of the majority of parents, the teachers , school head and the
school utility and watchman have been a steady workforce to maintain the greening program of
the school though it can be said it could only do so much considering the vast areas of the school
that need regular maintenance.
It also cannot be denied that Gulayan sa Paaralan Program could not continue its normal
course of program due to Covid-19 Pandemic, still the school had its continuous promotion of
bayanihan sa Paaralan and Brigada Eskwela quarterly and as the need arises and all this activity
has to follow strict health and safety protocols such as wearing of facemask, subjecting to
temperature scanning, washing and sanitizing of hands and social distancing.
F. PHYSICAL FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT

Our school continues to pursue its target in improving the school physical facilities as
shown in the pictures below to signify the intention of keeping the balance of academic thrust
and maintaining the beauty and glamour of our school even during the times of Covid-19

Of course, all the physical facilities improvement of the school has to be greatly attributed
to MOOE fund and the deed of donation of most valuable school stakeholders that really made the
greatest difference this year which made it possible the construction and repair of our school
covered walk concrete benches and benches. This same year we have also completed the
construction and repair of the school Handwashing facility, comfort rooms, classroom buildings
roofing and ceilings including the repainting of the
school perimeters, concrete fences and repairs of
temporary fences.
Note: It is our great sorrow that we could not
post some pictures of all the repair construction,
renovation and improvement because of the source of all

of fund started by staging a fund raising campaign through a
search for Little Mr. & Ms. United Nations 2016. We have
built the first span and then knowing the positive impact of it we have again put up another one. And
then, Typhoon Nona came and totally destroyed the structures but then again convince that this
project is really good we have rebuilt it again until such time that our school is now full of covered
