EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Buko Shake is a Bottle Stand started by the ABM students of Naujan Academy namely Sunhine
Mojica, Lizette Ilagan and Kristine Repaso. For their subject in Business Enterprise Simulation. It guarantees
quality of a 100% natural juice. Buko Shake discovered a system that extracts buko juice in a systematic
way wherein the buko is extracted and chilled in a hygienic manner keeping its freshness and natural
elements. Because of the countless benefits of buko, Buko Shake will certainly address the needs of people
who are health conscious. We solve the problem of answering to the demand of Buko Juice in a hygienically
and modern way, which consist in shaking the juice with the ice. Buko Shake also introducing our freshly
blended Buko Shake a new choice to those People who have a healthy life by offering 100% pure and
natural buko taste, on the other hand the fact of extracting the juice in right moment it guarantees the
quality of our products through a new technology that also allows in the different area in Naujan and also
in the near barangays of the owners and so on. Pioneering is the right word for this system which consists
in extracting, chilling the buko juices hygienically and safely, keeping its natural properties. This system also
favors a practical way of dealing with a product that was formerly available to consumers only in a marginal
way.

The Buko Shake aims at satisfying the tastes and needs of its consumers in the near and
around Naujan community. The efforts of the Buko Shake are focused on bringing the most
distinctive and innovative products in Naujan, a small bottle stand with a good taste. The main
concern of the business is the health of its customers and thereby it strives to serve hygienic and
healthy food along with taste and quality.

 Vision
The motto of the Buko Shake is “WHAT YOU SEES IS WHAT YOU DRINK”. The vision is to
attain the number one position in providing quality food with people standards, taste and
freshness. The Buko Shake aims to be a leader in the area of ethics and values in the continuously
growing food industry in Naujan. Juice in the Bottle Stand will efficiently competitively and
technologically provide and terrific taste of buko juice at affordable prices for teenagers and young
adults, while growing from the small start-up business to household brand name.

Features of the Product – our shakes have different sizes of cups (small, medium, and large). Each
cup consists of delicious shake (Buko Flavor). We make sure the sild of every cups/bottles is good and wise.

Buko Shake in a bottle is a drink service business that allows you to individualize your buko shake
beyond our standard offerings. It offers community a nutritious and classic buko juice that are satisfying,
great tasting and worth every cent. Also, to be a living testimony that here's a drink knows valuing our
natural resources and heritage also that every hard work and integrity leads to success. Moreover, through
starting small it may lead to a big and successful business in a food industry, with a long-term vision and
mission.
In the light of this Buko Shake in a Bottle operates as a quick but authentically sure quality and
product service focusing on buko shake as its main product. It is made from the original extract of a buko
juice with the mixture of different ingredients such as milk and ice. It is settled in a different size of cups:
small medium and large -- also with its own straw to sip. This product is stunning and very productive for
this kind of summer season and may have an opportunity to be marketable.
Presently, Buko Shake are only available in a single easy to access location of
Kalinisan/Concepcion/San Isidro. It is equally owned and managed by partners, Sunshine Mojica, Lizette

Currently, the business owned by the original 3 partners and founder, who each will contribute P100.00 –
P250.00. This will more than start – up requirements, and provide the business with a cash cushion to use for
expansion over 10 days.

Week 1: Planning a Business
Date: January 11- January 17 (2021)

The start of our second semester, we have a subject Entrepreneurship that we should start to
plan and sell. In the first week we should submit our business proposal with the content of page name
or company name, product name and logo, selling price, marketing strategy, flat form that you will
use. At first, I didn’t know what to do where should I began and what kinds of product name and etc.
that I should pick because this is the first time that I plan in my own and of course I need it to sell and
should be sold.

For further information, I search about how to create a business and information on how,
where and what business should I do that I can sell even we experiencing a pandemic now. I also ask
some of my friends and cousins that have an online business. Some of my cousin said that I should try
to sell dresses, shirts and more things and they are also willing to help me.

I decided to be my product is clothes for girls because I see some of teenagers’ love buying in
online and they buy some stuffs since having COVID-19 in our country. Online shopping is now some of
the sellers doing to gain more money and based on some of my cousins that selling some stuffs in
online.

Before the deadline of submission of first week, I decided that clothes should be my product
(the “uso” clothes specially to the girls). I name my page name or my company name ZetteLine Store
(Zette Online Store) store and page for the fashionista girls. And my selling price is depending to the
cost of the original price/how much I buy it to the main seller plus also to the shipping because I know
that I can less when I buy bundle to online shop. My sister and some of my neighbors buy some things
in online so I have an idea also because of them. The marketing strategy that I can do in online
business is giving the costumer a good product and also buy a bundle of products in one seller to have
discounts. And the flat form that I will use is Facebook the page, and also the posting in my timeline
and in MyDay.
Week 2: First Selling
Date: January 18 – January 22 (2021)

This is the first week that I start to sell my products. After I submit my business proposal, I start
to create a page named ZetteLine Store that where I should post my products that needed to be sell. I
also start to search some dresses t-shirt and other things that is trending now specially for the girls
and buy. I use Shopee app to search and see some products that has a low price and discounts with a
good quality.

Day 1 I and my sister searching products to resell. While waiting to deliver my orders I created a
page for the flatform that I should used and to easy in selling online and also it is required to our
subject. After creating I invite my friends in Facebook to see my post. Then I start to send some of my
relatives and friends near at my home and co barangay a sample of my products using messenger.

In my message to my friends, I got some of them response and others was not. They order to
me some products and one of them wants a freebies. She asks me if we gave freebies specially, she is
the one who first order on us. And because of that I realized that I should give some freebies. Its nice
that my sister have a lip tint that she never used since she buys it but we gave some aesthetic sticker
every single product that they ordered. The first buyer ordered 3 types of our product and cost of
300+ pesos. She thanks us in a good and nice class of t-shirt that their ordered and also for the sticker
we gave. She also notices the rapper that we made.

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm was the entertaining time for the customers and time for
posting while Saturday I delivered the products, the customers ordered.

This first time of experiencing selling was quite fun but yet I realized that you should have more
patient to the customer and I’ll adjusting it because it is my first time. And I see that this business is
can help some people to earn money in just a minute/our and earn more if having much time in
entertaining some friends in social media to buy your products.
Week 3: Second Selling
Date: January 25 – January 29 (2021)

In the second time of my selling experience is like in first week. Monday to Friday in the time of
8am to 4pm is for entertaining customers. Some of my add orders in Shopee was delivered in this
week. I’ll surprise that more of my orders was so satisfying to my expectation.

In this week also I start to have some pictures an actual photo of the product to see the
customers the quality of the cloth and see the whole feature. I’ll ask my friends to help me in gaining
ore customer to buy the product. They start to invite they friends in my page, asking me some pictures
(actual photo) so they can also send it to their friends, using my day and also sharing the post on my
page. I and my sister start to My day and repost on our own Facebook the products so some of our
friends that we didn’t invite in my page were see also the products.

My mother suggested that I should sell also facemask (disposable facemask) because some of
our neighbors was buy an expensive mask in the market of Naujan. And it starts why I also sell
facemask and making sure that it is safe.

While I get some pictures of the oversized shirts my brother asks me if it suit also for men and
he tried it. After trying to wear the clothes he said that he wants to buy it so I start to sell it in men and
women. For the deliveries my mother delivers it because they said it consumed time if I deliver it in
another day while they’ll go also in that day in the town and some of the buyers is ‘madadaanan lang’.
Week 4: Third Selling
Date: February 1 – February 5 (2021)

In my 3rd week of selling, I experiencing the more complicated time to sell


online because this week was the submission of performance task of every
subjects. I can’t entertain more people who wants to buy so some of them that
message me and sending replies in late. It causes of ignoring me because of the
late replies.

First, I should make sure that every subject I will pass the P.T. done and for
that I can’t manage my social media for selling. Ut because of some of my
friends and my sister I sell my products because of them. Not the same total of
the product that I sell in week one and week 2. And like week two my parents or
any relatives that we’re same to go on the place where I should deliver the
products to my online customers, they do it instead of me and waiting for the
weekend.

I Leaned that I should have some plan b or other solution in that case. And
in the first place I should know how to handle this business (online business)
when there are possibilities that I have some stuff and school works to do
specially now that having a pandemic and have to learn at your own/self-study.
Week 5: Fourth Selling
Date: February 8 – February 12

For the 4th time I already see the improvements and the amount of my
expenses well get to the product that I resell already. I already know that having
an online business has a good effect just like what I have experience in this
week.

When my Uncle visit us, I joke him that before he enters in our house, he
should buy some of my products that I resell. Then coincident that he has no
proper t-shirt that can use in ‘pamamanhikan’ in that they. And because the
oversized t-shirt is for unisex, he buys 2 of those shirts. Then in the other days in
tat week also. One of my Lolo’s has a birthday and it has a suddenly invitation
for us so we have no time to buy a gift for him. My mother decided to be the
gift is one of my shirts that I sell. Because of that happens I earn money as easy
and I saved rapper and also sticker.

Aside to those sales I have also some of the near costumers and some of
my classmates buy to me. I learned to that day that having a business has a
good and negative effects/outcome. It can help others problem to have a
solution without knowing or accidentally.
Week 6: Fifth Selling
Date: February 15 – February 19

NARRATIVE REPORT

The last and 5th week is just like the 3 and 4 th week of selling products it’s just a
normal selling. Some of the first buyers buy again and searching some products that are
already sold. And I experience in this last of selling is one of my buyers didn’t go in our
meeting place in time. Then the product left is some of the t=shirts and some customer
wants are already sold.

In the product left I think I should sell it in early as possible because I think if I didn’t
sell it I can’t get the total that I should get. An I also think if I should buy again the products
that has been sold because of other customer ask me again and again. And this business is
just for the performance in our subject in Entrepreneurship.

In this week and last of my selling I decided to compute the money that I get in
selling online if I have a good profit or I had loss. I see the result that I get the money that I
spent for online selling but the profit is not that good because not all the product has sold.

I keep saying to my sister that we should repost the product again in our own
Facebook to be have a notification some of our friends to remind them that we have a
product that still available in that time. For this week I should pursue myself to sold the
product for the good outcomes and also to have the profit in this business.
Week 6: Realization

MY REALIZATION

In this entire week of selling, I realized that in creating business you should know everything in
the first place. Think wisely on what product you should sell and what kind of people/costumer are
there in the place especially near in your home.

Having a knowledge and also with the help of my relatives I can sell more products. But be
ready to the negative outcomes of the business. Just like of what I experienced that there are different
kinds of costumers and also being not focus to the business specially that I sell in online. In creating
business, I should realize/analyze some possible outcomes or problem and solutions so I can’t be
surprised or I loss my money in my business. Also, in online selling you should work hard and focus on
social media and have more time to gain more costumer and entertain them also. And for having a
supply of products I also using online shop to sell and resell. I ordered bundle of shirts and blouses
with random designs to “makamura” and I also realized that I should make sure that the class and kind
of cloth is good so I can price the products in a good.

We know that now a days more people intend to sell in online and it is one of the factors to
loss because you have more competitors in this field. But in what I said I should focus on the social
media and posting my products in my page, timeline, MyDay, and also giving some of my relatives and
friends about what product that I sell and it help me to buy the products. I also package the products
in a good way and giving a freebies for the costumer specially when they buy more of my products. It
helps my business to be known and gain more customer and profit.

Having a business online is just having a friend also because if this business I have a new friend.
Another is being friendly and having a patient character is the best to do to gain more customer.
Always in my mind that customer is always rights. If having a problem to a customer I should calm my
self.

Every weekday I entertain customer who wants to buy and I delivered it on weekends so I can
handle my schedule in other subjects. And also, for the time consume because some of customers was
near in bayan of Naujan so I meet them in that they in the same place.
