The ADC Cell of the college has planned to deliver the 3rd Industrial Visit for the students of PGDM Core
students {Finance & Marketing} to The Ed-Tech & Fin-Tech Seminar at EON IT Park, Pune.
The students will have an excellent opportunity to understand and gain knowledge about the Ed-tech and Fin-
Tech sector through this seminar. Technology is becoming the growth cycle in every phase of the business and
it is expected for the students to have great knowledge and understanding about such upgrades and need of
the hour services in the industry. This seminar is specifically set up for us by the Bajaj Finserv group and would
prove to provide great beneficial insights for our students. We would also have office and

Schedule & Agenda to be followed during the Industrial Visit
1- 17th January – Monday
All Students to report to college at 9:00 am
9:15 am Departure post a short meet with the faculty in charge.
Reach our scheduled at Khardi, Students are requested to fresh up and change into formals for our
visit to the EON It Park and the Bajaj Finserv Team.
Seminar for the students to be conducted by the Bajaj Finserv Team on Tech Orientation and
implications of technology in present times & perspective management.
Post the Industrial Visit we would then transfer to our dormitory for the night where dinner and
general de-brief sessions shall be conducted with the students by the faculty.

Post this lunch shall Be served back at the hotel and the students could change before we leave back
for Mumbai. We are expected to reach back to Mumbai by Late evening.
Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast on all shall be served at the Hotel where the accommodation has been planned.
Rooms to stay in twin sharing or triple sharing shall be provided for 2 nights.
Covid SOPs as provided by AICTI and the Government of Maharashtra shall be followed and all students are
requested to adhere to the rules and follow the instructions of the faculty in charge at all times.
These IV sessions shall be conducted for the sole purpose of Knowledge Gathering for the students and also to
conduct and establish their research documents at the end of their course, so students are requested to pay
close attention to details and grasp every learning opportunity and feel free to ask questions.
You are advised to observe the following dress code while on the Industrial Visit
a. Male Students:
Decent full-length trousers (less jeans), full sleeve shirt duly tugged in trouser, neck tie, formal shoes (sans
sandals / chappals).
b. Female Students:
Decent full-length trousers (less jeans), full / half sleeve shirt duly tugged in trouser, Salwar Kameez, Sari,
Western formal outfit, formal shoes / sandals (sans chappals).
The students would be required to pay a total sum of Rs. 2500 /- at the accounts department. This
additional cost has been requested by the college for Conducting the Industrial visits for the students as the
IV charges has not been implemented in the college fees.
