This is the way Minnesota presents the data weekly - total aggregate numbers from DAY 1 of COVID reporting.

So, the first thing you have to remember is that from

January of 2020 to Spring of 2021 mostly everybody by definition was "unvaccinated". The left columns are the vaccinated aggregates, the right columns the TOTAL
aggregates and middle columns the unvaccinated aggregates

This percentage analysis belows shows the percentage of cases/hospitalizations and deaths in the unvaccinated as a percentage of the totals - from DAY 1.
Remember, Jan 2020 to Spring 2021 basically everyone is considered unvaccinated. Notice the rapid DECLINE in the percentage of the unvaccinated as the
population affected, even though the data there is many months more.

This is the raw data above put into weekly buckets. Remember, the data for the vaccinated is reported one month after the fact, so there are variations where "catch-
ups" happen, such as the very beginning when the increase in cases exceeded the totals reported that week because they "found" more people were actually
vaccinated in prior cases. This is why you do NOT report weekly, or even after one month, but wait until you have a significant accumulation of data - which the below
is, over 46% of a year. Also there is a time period in Sept where the heavy case load obviously overwhelmed the analysis of vaccinated to case data. Note the same
is happening in January with Nov/Dec data.

This percentage analysis belows shows the percentage of cases/hospitalizations and deaths in the VACCINATED as a percentage of the totals - for the 24 weeks the
data is available. Notice the significant difference from the data percentages above. Why don't all states give us the raw numbers on the vaccinated weekly?
