Terms and Conditions 條款及守則:
1). Working permit shall be obtained from our Basement 1 Control Room prior to work commencement at common area;
於公眾地方工作，須到地庫一層控制室登記及領取工作証；
2). Protection at common areas, whenever necessary, should be applied in accordance with Management Services Office’s
designated material and method by the contractor at tenant cost.
如有需要，商戶承造商必須跟據服務處所指定的物料及方法，於工程範圍及公眾地方裝設保護措施
3). Tenants shall submit this application to Management Services Office at least 7 working days in advance before
commencement of works for approval.
此申請表必須於工程展開前最少於 7 個工作天以交予服務處申請批核。
4). Warning signs reminding the public that fitting-out work is in progress should be put at observable areas in accordance with the
instructions given by the Management Services Office.
承辦商必須依從服務處指示，於工程範圍內擺放工作警告告示牌及適當圍封場地。
5). In case of any violation of the “General Requirement for Fitting-out Works”, Management Services Office has the right to stop
the work without prior notice.
如工程未有依照裝修守則進行，服務處可隨時終止工程而不作任何通知。
6). In case of any dispute on interpretation on this form, English version shall prevail.
如有任何因解釋此表發生爭議，一切以英文版本為準。
