From the management policies and strategic direction of SERVI FUTURO, the following policy for safety, health,
environment, and quality were established.

Policy
In pursuit of the highest standards and according to our Principles, Mission and Values for Safety, Health,
Environmental and Quality, SERVI FUTURO is committed to:
 Promote a management culture directed towards the satisfaction of the clients, employees, and Stakeholders.
 Ensure the satisfaction of SERVI FUTURO Shareholders members through the promotion of a uniquely
designed market strategy and consequent business profitability.
 Developing and implementing appropriate Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality policies, systems,
programs, and training and ensure that these are adequately resourced.
 Promote a partnership with suppliers according to the principle of obtaining mutual advantage and
improvement of competitiveness.
 Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable legislation and other requirements aligned with
international good practice.
 Ensure that applicable legal, regulatory, and other Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are,
identified, documented, maintained, accessible, communicated, understood, and complied with.
 Setting appropriate objectives and monitoring progress to ensure development towards our goals and
regularly monitoring, auditing, and reviewing Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality performances, and
compliance to ensure continual improvement.
 Adopting the mitigation hierarchy approach by first assessing, seeking to avoid, minimizing, and then
rehabilitating potential impacts, risks and emergencies during planning, designing and implementing
activities.
 Fostering awareness across the Organization, communicating, and building a culture of shared responsibility
and accountability for the Health, Safety and Environment of all workers.
 Engaging and co-operating openly with governments, local communities, employees, and other interested
parties to improve understanding, promote constructive interaction and seek solutions to environmental and
social issues.
 Ensuring that all contractors and business partners undertake their activities in accordance with legal,
regulatory, and other safety requirements including the elements of the Mota-Engil Africa Framework.
