1.0 Supply and install access controller for the IT Room 1 no.
as specified, on the secure side and above the false
ceiling where possible,suitable to control 1 access
control reader including power supply unit(s), back-
up battery, 230 V power, control and communications
connections. Supply and installation of the cable
connection to the adjacent CAT6 RJ45 outlet shall be
included.
Access controllers controlling more than 1 door will
be considered subject that the price is all inclusive to
meet the specified requirements.

2.0 Supply, install and connect a biometric fingerprint 1 no.

including cable and buried PVC conduit to the access
controller.

approval before the installation is started. Amend and
correct the drawings in accordance with the
comments of the Engineer for issue of the drawings

2.0 Supply and install analogue addressable fire alarm

panel near the reception as specified including the
telephone dialler, telephone line connection and

3.0 Supply and install addessable optical type smoke

detector complete with base, below or above false
ceiling as shown on drawing. 37 no.

detector complete with base, integral sounder and

underside of false ceiling for the respective optical

Before materials are ordered, measurements are to

be taken on site and take-off's are to be done in
accordance with approved working drawings.

1.0 Provide a site survey for the IP Video Surveillance

System. 1 no.

2.0 Supply, install and connect an internal, fixed, colour,

true day/night, network (IP), dark dome camera, as
specified complete with varifocal lens, integral infra-
red lighting, local power supply unit, power and video
(CAT6 ) cable connections. 17 no.
The camera shall be mounted on the false ceiling or
ceiling or wall (according to the location) with
concealed wiring.
(Plug-in 230V/12V DC power supply adapters shall
not be accepted - refer to specification).

3.0 Supply, install and connect a rack mounting, 16

channel, network video recorder (NVR) in the 19 inch
security equipment cabinet of the IT room. 2 Lump sum
The price is to include the supply, installation and
connection of patch leads from the patch panels to
the NVR, camera and monitor inputs.

4.0 Supply, install and programme all software required

for the IP Video Surveillance System including the
video management software programme and
software license. 1 Lump sum

5.0 Set, programme, test, commission and certify IP

Video Surveillance System to MSA EN 50132 (all the
equipment and the whole installation). Train the
system users. 1 Lump sum
Commissioning of the IP Video Surveillance System
shall include local viewing of recorded and live
images from the NVR, remote PC viewing from the
MHSA offices and remote viewing via the internet.
