JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, organize and control operations in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality
service to the clients and consumers including but not limited to food production, service, housekeeping,
laundry as per the contractual specifications and in line with clients expectations
Achieve excellence in all areas of service ensuring compliance with company recognized standards.
Inspect all areas of operations weekly to ensure compliance with company and client’s standards
and procedures .
Ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations within the scope of contract & budget
Daily briefing with the departmental heads.
Implement and comply HSE policy of clients & Company.
Maintain of Hygiene and sanitation according to the policy of the company.
Arrange internal & External training program for the staff.
Overall supervision of receiving of the store (Preservation, Handling, Issuing, Production & Service)
Documentation of all daily operational & HSE records (HACCP) including monitoring & verification.
Prepare maintenance service request and also liaise with maintenance department for periodical
preventive maintenance of all heavy and ,light equipments.
