UNDERTAKING/AFFIRMATION 
1. I, the undersigned do hereby understand that in the event of my selection as a Member, I 
will be governed by the rules and regulations of the CVSRTA Registered Valuers Association 
(CVSRTA  RVA)  which  is  a  Registered  Valuers  Organisation  (RVO),  existing,  or  as  may 
hereafter be altered from time to time.  
2. I  shall  abide  to  conduct  myself  professionally  as  per  the  rules  and/or  Code  of  Ethics,  of 
CVSRTA RVA‐RVO, existing or as may hereafter be altered from time to time. 
3. Educational qualifications submitted herein are acquired from university which is recognised 
by UGC/or Formed Under State/Central Act or are equivalent as per applicable Government 
Notifications/Orders. 
4. I  accept  responsibility  for  the  authenticity  of  the  particulars  submitted  in  this  application 
with regard to my qualifications and experience.  I  agree  that if  I am accepted as member, 
the  validity  of  my  membership  shall  depend  upon  the  accuracy  of  such  particulars 
submitted, and as per requirements specified by the rules of the CVSRTA Registered Valuers 
Association (CVSRTA RVA). 
5. I agree to abide by the Code of Conduct and Bye‐Laws as applicable for Member as defined 
in the Bye‐Laws of the organisation. 
6. If  Insolvency  and  Bankruptcy  Board  of  India  (IBBI)  does  not  allow  me  for  any  reason  to 
appear  in  IBBI  Registered  Valuer  examination,  I  will  not  hold  CVSRTA  Registered  Valuers 
Association responsible for the same and any fees or amount paid to CVSRTA RVA shall not 
be refundable under any circumstances.   
7. If  IBBI,  for  any  reason/s,  rejects  my  application  to  be  a  registered  valuer,  I  will  not  hold 
CVSRTA  Registered  Valuers  Association  responsible  for  the  same  and  any  fees  or  amount 
paid to CVSRTA RVA shall not be refundable under any circumstances.   
8. I UNDERTAKE that I will promote the aims and objects of the CVSRTA RVA‐RVO as far as may 
be in my power. 
9. I will accept as final and binding the decisions of the CVSRTA RVA ‐RVO in all matters dealt. 
10. In the event of any dispute between me (an individual member) and the CVSRTA RVA ‐RVO 
(a body) the jurisdiction will remain Mumbai.

separate form. 
 Member  of  the  CVSTRA  RVA‐RVO  shall  be  liable  to  pay  Annual  Membership  fees  as 
applicable. 
 In  case  a,  member  becomes  Partner/Director  of  a  Firm/Company  he  will  be  liable  to  pay 
additional fees as applicable at the time of such submission.  
 In  case  the  above  person  is  accepted  as  a  member,  the  50  Hrs.  Mandatory  Education 
Programme (MEP) fees and study material fees will be as applicable for each asset class, will 
be payable. (Details of fees is uploaded on our website www.cvsrtarva.org)
