EMPOWERMENT TECHNOLOGIES:
Performance Task 5

Learning Competency:

1. Generate a technical report interpreting data analytics, e.g. Google, Facebook, or similar traffic
data on the general aspects of search visibility, reach, and virality.
2. Generate a report on the performance of their ICT Project for Social Change on the basis of data
gathered from available monitoring tools and evaluating techniques.

Direction:
Generate a technical report on the performance of your ICT Project for Social Change
(Facebook Page) by creating first an evaluation form using Google Forms.

NOTE:
• Compose at least five (5) different type of questions (Short Answer, Paragraph, Dropdown,
Checkboxes, Linear Scale etc.). Questions should be in terms of Design, Content, Content
Organization, Accessibility and Usefulness in promoting advocacy.
• Look for 10 respondents to evaluate your page.
• Screenshot your Google Form and paste it on the template
• Then generate a report by summarizing your gathered data in terms of the given
parameters above (design, content etc.)
The picture shows the first section of the Google form which contains the title of our petition (advocacy)
and our names.

The second and third picture shows the second section of the Google form. As gleaned on the pictures,
demographic data such as the name and sex of the respondents were asked, as well as the date they have
answered the form. This section also contains the link to our Facebook page and a note of appreciation to
the respondents.
Questions (1-3):

Responses:

The first three questions were in a multiple-choice grid. The questions were all about rating the
content, design, and organization of the Facebook page and it yielded an average score of 4.8, 4.9, and 5,
respectively.

Question (4):

Responses:

The fourth question is a linear scale type of question. The question is all about the rating of how
helpful the Facebook page is. As gleaned on the picture, it yielded a mean value of 5 showing that the
Facebook page is very helpful to be knowledgeable about Gender Stereotyping.
Question (5):

Responses:

The fifth question is also a linear scale type of question. The question is all about the rating of how
relevant the posted/shared post to the page’s topic. Based on the results, the average gathered is 5,
meaning that the posted/shared post is very relevant to the page’s topic.

Question (6):

Responses:

The sixth question is a long answer/paragraph type of question. Respondents were asked if they
have seen unnecessary design and content of the page. The majority of them answered “None” or “none”.
Question (7):

Responses:

The seventh question is a short answer type of question. Respondents were asked if they have
gained information about Gender Stereotypes through our page. One respondent answered “Definitely”,
and the rest answered “Yes”, “Yes…”, and “yes”.

Question (8):

Responses:

The eighth and last question asked is a long answer/paragraph type of question. Respondents were
asked if they have any comments/suggestions/recommendations that can make the page better. Four of the
answers are “None” or “none”. One of the respondents also commented, “Keep it up”. Another
respondent also commented that the page is very informative and greatly benefits the LGBT Community.
The rest of the responses were very similar and it is to post videos, pictures, articles, and information
about gender stereotypes more often to advocate the youth.
