Vodafone, Egypt —Rollout Engineer, Delta projects team June 2018—Present
- Supervising and reporting all site activities during the site establishment, execution and conclusion phase.
- Study and revise site Survey before construction and Check Site BOQ & As built document consulting best
practices and agile methodologies.
- Build Manage and guide teams of (junior engineers, supervisors and technician)
- Manage subcontractor teams on daily basis and Follow up the rollout of new Sites.
- Handover the new rollout sites to the Management service team.

contractor is setting, installing, applying the exacting parameters and scripts needed to prepare site adding to
our network.
- Monitoring on air sites that installed by our contractors within SLA period then handover to our NFM team.
- Revising and signing site forums per each phase of site establishment and make sure that our contractors is on
the agreed time plan to avoid any delays, and doing corrective actions in case they facing any obstacles.
- Setting weekly meetings with every vendor, contractors to discuss their target achievements during the month.
- Working on achieving monthly target and make it clear by sharing the goals site needed per each contractor and
challenge them to overcome their targets if it possible.
