Course Name Foundation of Special and Inclusive Education

Course Credits 3 units

Course Description This course shall deal with philosophies, theories and legal bases of special and inclusive education, typical and
atypical development of children, learning characteristics of students with special educational needs and practices in
the continuum of special inclusive education.
Contact Hours/Week 3 hours

1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of legislation and regulation pertinent to special education in the world and in the
