At the end of the discussion, the pupils are expected to:
a. recognize the difference between sentences and non-sentences; EN1G-IIIa-1.1
b. appreciate the importance of sentences; and
c. demonstrate a complete sentence through group activity.

Sentence is a group of words. It tells a complete


thought or idea. It also begins with a capital letter
and ends with a punctuation mark like (. ! ?)
