battery acid is swallowed.
Danger of acid burns to skin and eyes from
battery acid of damaged lead acid batteries.

smoking prohibited. Wear acid resistant
gloves, clothing and goggles. Store acid
battery only in suitable, appropriately
marked containers.

1 Loosen ground cable from battery.

2 Remove step. AR88.30-B-2305A

3 Disconnect electrical cables (4).

4 Unscrew hex. head screw (3).

5 Unscrew Torx screws (2) and remove

headlamps covering (1).

6 Unscrew Torx screws (2).

7 Unscrew screws (5).

8 Unscrew screws (6).

9 Bring down step (9) forward.

10 Unscrew screws (7) and remove bumper (8).

11 Install in opposite order.

12 Check headlamps and if necessary, adjust AP82.10-B-8260A

the same.
