● Obtaining the Attendance from all the SQC staff of their respective Divisions and forwarding the overall top sheet
of attendance to HO.
● The individual timesheets signed by respective EEs / CMOs of field staff shall be forwarded to HO for processing
the salaries.
● Sending joining reports signed by EE/CMO of newly joined staff to HR for thier record.
● Obtaining Tour Advance requests from Field staff and forwarding the same to HO with RE's recommendations. The
record of all the tour advances shall be maintained and recorded at each RE Office.
● Shall strictly monitor that all the SQC Staff has to submit thier tour bills and tour reports (Site Inspection report) as
soon as they complete the tour. RE shall recommend for deduction of the Advances from their salary if they don’t
submit bills in time.
● Sending softcopies of RE certified Tour/PERDIEM Bills through mail to Accounts, TL Office for TL's Approval. Obtain
the TL's approval copy through mail and forward the same with original bills to Accountant, HO by mail as well as
through courier. These bills shall be submitted on a fortnight basis i.e., 1st to 15th and 16th to 30th of every month.
