Statement of the Problem

This study aims to determine the industry feedback to the performance of Bicol

University Journalism graduates based in their media based and related jobs in Albay. It

sought to answer the following questions:

1. What is the profile STUDENTS

a. YEAR LEVEL

b. NAMES/ETC

2. What is the level of performance OF STUDENTS IN DLP es based on:

a. QUIZZES

b. EXAMS

c. ATTENDANCE

3. What can you recommend/ feedback to improve the DLP or online course of Yadah?

Scope and Delimitation

SCOPRE: YADAH DLP STUDENTS FROM GRADE 6 TO GRADE 8

DELIMITATION: DLP STUDENTS BLP IS NOT INCLUDED

This study is focused on ascertaining the feedback from media based and related jobs

in Albay to the performance of Journalism graduates of Bicol University. Therefore, this

research study will assess the graduates based on their journalistic skills and work

ethics to determine some key points on how the University can further improve the

quality of graduates they produce.

The respondents of this research study include the different media based and related

job industry such as private media companies and press relations offices of government

departments located in Albay.

Significance of the Study

DLP STUDENTS AND OTHER STUDENTS YADAH, PARENTS, TEACHERS, ADMIN

OF YADAH, AND FUTURE STUDENTS

The researchers believe that the study is of great significance in determining the

industry feedback of the Journalism graduates of Bicol University in as much as they

believe that the output of the study may give benefit to numerous entities.

This study is deemed beneficial to the following:

Bicol University PBM Department- the most benefited of this study is the University

itself. It helps in determining the effectiveness of courses or subjects offered by Bicol

University in terms of its quality of Education specifically for future Media Practitioner,

hence, it will also be used for promoting the school.

Future Students of Bicol University- this study may help in the incoming students to

be knowledgeable of what kind of quality of education the university may offer for those

who wanted to take the course.

Students of Bicol University- it may uplift the morale of the students who are currently

studying in the said university and that they can share their thoughts and experiences to

the incoming students.

Graduates of Bicol University- it may uplift the morale of the graduates and they may

help in promoting the University.
