Introduction The students will make a scrapbook on ‘Water Pollution in
Gujarat’.
1. Students will do a research on the level of water
pollution in various rivers flowing through Gujarat and the
ways for controlling it.
2. They will make the scrapbook on ‘Water Pollution in
Methodology of the Activity Gujarat’. It should include
a. A poster creating awareness about the water
pollution in Gujarat.
b. A short poem in Hindi on 'जल प्र दू'
c. A histogram on levels of water pollution in the
main rivers of Gujarat.
d. A paragraph, with illustrations, on impact of water
pollution on health, agriculture and environment of
Gujarat.
e. Government policies regarding control of water
pollution in the state of Gujarat.

Learning Outcomes 1. Students will learn about the hazards of water


pollution.
2. They will learn about the importance of
conservation of water.
3. They will learn about the various ways to
prevent water pollution.

Self Evaluation The teacher will evaluate the work of the students and give
a feedback on it.
