70. Now to remind everyone in keeping our safety and well-being, we will
71. not get tired of reminding you especially our students to strictly follow
74. Wash your hands with water and soap for at least 20 seconds. If you
75. can’t use soap and water, hand sanitizer is a good alternative. Make
76. sure sanitizer is 70% alcohol. Always wear face mask and face shield
77. properly whenever you go outside and deal with other people. Make
sure
78. that your face mask and face shield cover your nose and mouth.
79. Practice social distancing. Maintain 6ft distance from each other

101. For incoming Grade 11 learners, you may choose your strand.
105. You may choose this strand if you want to become a future engineers,
109. HUMSS – Humanities and Social Sciences is for those who want to
110. become teachers, criminologists, social workers, and the like. Then,
111. GAS – General Academic Strand is offered for those who are still
114. Bread and Pastry, Hair Dressing, EIM or Electrical, Installation, and
115. Maintainance, and SMAW or Shielded Metal Arc Welding. You may
116. choose this strands if you are planning to work right after you
graduate
