We inform you that our library is reopening soon. However, there are things you should
obey in order to be allowed to enter our library:
1. Wash your hands before entering library.
2. Make sure that you are wearing your mask.
3. You’re healthy and your body temperature is normal.
4. Come individually, avoid coming with big community.

Subject: Exam Preparation Books

We inform you that some exam preparation books arrived this morning. However, the other
five requested books are cancelled. There are only ten books that already arrived. We’re in
process to purchase to another store to fulfill the need of those five books. Please wait for
about two weeks.
Your students can borrow the exam preparation books start from next Wednesday. Please
make a schedule so that it will be more convenient to them.

THE OPENING OF RECRUITMENT FOR NEW STAFF

We would like to welcome five new staff to fill the management position. The recruitment
will start from Monday, 18 October 2021. It’s opened for all residents in Distric 8 Louisiana.
The prerequisite:
1. Bachelor degree on Management
2. Age of 21-30
3. Good communicative skill
4. Good computer and software ability
