DAY 1– Training on risk prevention and safety at practice. Familiarization with the
practice location. Presentation of the unit, sections, medical equipment.
DAY 2 - Signing the conditions of presence. Introduce yourself and ensure the
microclimate: ventilate the room, check the temperature in the room, help patients
to adopt a comfortable position. Patient supervision. The student observes and
notes in the practice notebook: the skin (normally colored, pale, hyperemic, etc.),
muscle tone (normal, diminished, accentuated), posture: dynamic (the way the
patient supports his body position when moving) and static: how the patient
maintains his body position at rest, including during sleep. The student develops a
care plan, stage 1 (data collection)
DAY 3 - measurement of vital functions (temperature, blood pressure, pulse,
respiration). The student prepares the necessary materials (thermometer,
sphygmomanometer, secondary clock, colored pen, notebook), writes down the
values in the practice notebook, disinfects the used devices, reorganizes the
workplace. Stage 2 of the care plan (data analysis and interpretation)
DAY 4 - ensures the microclimate conditions, supervises the patients, measures
the vital functions. Change of bed linen, in case of unoccupied bed. Stage 3 of the
care plan, planning the objectives.
DAY 5 - ensures the microclimate conditions, supervises the patients, measures

Supervises patients during active feeding. Feeds patients in case of passive
feeding. The fourth stage of the care plan-autonomous and delegated
interventions
The weekly evaluation is performed by the practice coordinator (practice book,
number of techniques performed and their quality).
Week 2
Day 1 - ensures the microclimate conditions, supervises the patients, measures
the vital functions and changes the bed linen, in case of the unoccupied bed.
Supervises and feeds patients during active and passive feeding. Transports
patients to wheelchair investigations (helps patients adopt the required position
for various radiological investigations), disinfects the wheelchair, notes the
technique in the practice book. Autonomous and delegated interventions
Day 2 - ensures the microclimate conditions, supervises the patients, measures
the vital functions and changes the bed linen, in case of the unoccupied bed.
Supervises and feeds patients during active and passive feeding. Transports
patients to investigations. Measures oxygen saturation with pulse oximeter
(student knows, performs technique and notes in the practice book). Performs
circular bandages and spike. Autonomous and delegated interventions

active mobilization of the patient; Follows the patient's body weight (the student
measures the weight: at admission, once the waist is measured; weekly - to
determine the diet; to assess the state of malnutrition; women during pregnancy;
daily, to establish water balance).
The weekly evaluation is performed by the practice coordinator.
WEEK 4
DAY 1 - ensures microclimate conditions, monitors patients, measures vital
functions. Monitors and feeds patients during active and passive feeding.
Executes patient transport for investigations, measures oxygen saturation,
administers medication orally; Executes urine collection. The student prepares the
necessary materials, performs the technique according to the protocol, measures
the amount of urine eliminated and observes its appearance, notes in the practice
book the quantity and appearance of urine. Autonomous and delegated
interventions
DAY 2- ensures the microclimate conditions, supervises the patients, measures
the vital functions. Supervises and feeds the patients during the active and
passive feeding. Executes the transport of the patients to investigations.
Measures oxygen saturation administers oral medications. Urine collection. The
student monitors and notes the diuresis in the practice book, along with the
amount of fluid ingested and the amount of fluid lost through sweating, vomiting,
diarrhea. Recognizes and recognizes urinary disorders (pollakiuria, urinary
retention, nocturia, urinary incontinence and urinary volume disorders: polyuria,

Accompany the patient prepared for discharge. The student transports the patient
with the stroller according to the protocol, at the door of the hospital unit, in order

Weekly and Final Evaluation (practical test, description of techniques used);
The final evaluation takes place on the last day of the clinical internship (practice)
and consists in the application of specific nursing techniques learned on the
course of the internship, in the case of a patient on a certain specialized
department in which they performed the practice. This will be done by the
internship tutor, together with the heads of the specialized sections.
The evaluation test will consist in simulating / performing a technical intervention
practiced during the internship (practice). Practitioners will execute / describe,
based on tickets with the subjects of the practical test (they will draw a ticket with
the subject), the clinical case present in the hospital.
The internship tutor will follow the way in which the practitioner approaches the
patient holistically, applying to him the specific nursing techniques and the degree

of empathy with him. The knowledge, skills and competences acquired by the
students participating in the internship are targeted.
The individual worksheets that the practitioners filled in during the internship
period and the practice notebook will be analyzed.
At the end, the internship tutor will provide the practitioner with the feedback and
assessment sheet for the entire period of the clinical internship performed.

Assessment of learning Evaluation practice test consists in simulating / performing a technical intervention

describe, based on tickets with the subjects of the practical test, a clinical case

cases encountered, of the applied nursing techniques and of the care plans drawn up (plans can be drawn up for
several times, depending on the specifics and the evolution of the disease).
Depending on the specifics of each hospital unit, the evaluation can also be performed on the patient's / patient's
bed (if it is accepted).
Execution of an operation / product presentation in front of the instructor / evaluator / colleagues in the group.
