ACTIVITY 2: RADIO NEWS PROGRAM

1. The news report is all about the missing girl that goes missing for 12 years. Her name is Sabrina
Allen and after missing for 12 years the search is finally over.
2. The news was delivered perfectly. It was smooth and well informed. Yes, the delivery is
appropriate for the news. They were smooth and gentle and well informed. They never leave a
hole which is incredibly amazing.
3. If I were able to create a radio program that will feature a commentary to the news story I
listened, I will include everything. Starting from how her dad never give up on her as well as the
official. How the tip help a lot. Their rollercoaster ride and the happiness they feel. Everything
they did is priceless.

ACTIVITY 3: REACT AND BE AWARE

1. As a student and a member of the community I would react wisely. The first thing I would do is to
research the topic and the author of the news. If the author have a bad reputation on distributing fake
news and the news is not accurate I would comment on the post and educate the author and the
viewer. Seco Second, I will kindly message or email the author to stop spreading fake news and fake
information. Educate them that if they continue to spread fake news they may face jail sentences of six
to 12 years, pursuant to Republic Act No. 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

2. I actually don't care about the ABS-CBN shutdown. Their drama is good but the news is bias. I was
shocked at first but for few days I was okay. The one thing that was not okay is they shutdown the ABS-
CBN during a difficult time for us. They shutdown it when everyone is in need of information and
entertainment. Many people from province uses and always been expecting the free radio news of ABS-
CBN. The ABS-CBN is the biggest telecommunications of the nation and their shutdown during this
difficult time for us is a great loss to everyone. May everyone heal from this wound.
ACTIVITY 4: POEM WRITING
Insecurities

In a dark and gloomy night

Looking at the moon giving light

There is me with a lot of insecurities

Trying to get away with these impurities.

I saw a shooting star

Wishing something good from afar

Why am I not beautiful like them?

I am just an imperfect stone while she is a gem.
