International SOS App

Caterpillar employees who travel internationally for business purposes are recommended to
download the International SOS (ISOS) app to their smartphone prior to traveling. International
SOS and International SOS App Provide:
- Access to Medical and Security professionals globally through 26 Assistance Centers

- App allows one-touch access to Assistance Centers for questions, care advice and/or
assistance to nearest, appropriate medical facility

- Destination specific travel advice/recommendations

Assistance App 6.1.0 will require that all App users now register using a valid email address,
meaning that App users who have previously registered using a Membership ID will need to
complete a new registration with the download of App version 6.1.0.

① Download the “International SOS Assistance”

App. on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

② Click the “New User? Create Account” button

from home screen of app and fill out all
information requested.

③ After filling out information, you will be

sent a confirmation email. Confirmation email
will take you to a page to confirm your
organization.

④ Enter Membership ID: 11BCMA000115

⑤ Confirm Organization and you are now
ready to use the App!
