Available for Parts Service". Disregard the article. Reference the following article.

Longer rails for the moldboard are now available. The new rails replace the former rails that were
0.9 m (3.00 ft) long. The new rails are hardened except for the ends of the rails. This will
accommodate the holes for the brackets for the sideshift cylinder that must be drilled and tapped.
Refer to the following table for the correct part numbers.

1. Use a suitable method to remove the existing rails that are on the moldboard.

2. Use the appropriate illustration in order to position the new rails. Use a 10 mm (0.4 inch)
fillet weld to weld the rails to the moldboard. Use E7018 welding electrode.

Note: The top rail and the bottom rail must be replaced at the same time on the following
models of motor graders: 120G, 120H, 130G, 130H, 140G and 140H. The cross section
view of the new rails are different from the existing rails.
