Note: Penalty will be issue for cancelling the job with NO

Before Starting Job:
Damage Inspection

Job Start Time

You can unlock & inspect the car 10 minutes


(12:50) before Job Start Time (13:00).

There is 40 minutes buffer time for you to:-

● Check car condition/cleanliness - send for
Car Wash if necessary
● Pump petrol
● Arrive & drop-off car at customer’s
location ON TIME

NOTE: Late Delivery/Low Fuel/Dirty Car complaints from


customers will result in penalty.

Due to current COVID situation, we are concern about

(SOCARE kit).

wipes provided.

STEP 2: Put the SOCARE kit near the gearbox take picture

**When out of SOCARE kit, please submit this Google

**DO NOT leave the used wet wipes in the car.

STEP 1: Is there any heavy stains inside the car?
Examples include:
- Lots of sand/stones
- Mud larger than a fist size
- Pee or vomits stain
- Pets’ faeces
- Insects (ants, cockroach etc.)

Collect Car: STEP 2: Is there any strong odor inside the car?
Car Interior Examples include:
- Smell of durian
Checklist - Smell of spoiled food
- Smell of stinky shoes

NOTE: If any of the above is found, please send the car for a quick car wash if
time allows.
*If the car is in a very terrible condition, please contact SOCAR for further
instructions.

STEP 1: Check for rubbish and throw it away.
● All seats
● Centre console (including storage compartments, cup
holders)
● Glove box
● Compartment behind both front passengers’ seat
● Compartment of all car doors
● Boot space
Collect Car:
STEP 2: Wipe thoroughly on the following area with wet wipes:
Clean the Car ● Dashboard
● Centre console (including storage compartments, cup
holders)
● All internal door handles
● All hand rest (centre of front passenger seats and car
doors

NOTE: Any wet wipes and gloves used for the cleaning process should be
thrown away. DO NOT leave them in the car.

STEP 3: Brush off any dirt/dust from all car seats (including
head rest) onto the carpet or outside of car using your hand.
**Wear a pair of gloves if necessary.

STEP 4: Remove the car carpets and bring it out of the car.
Collect Car: Flip/shake them to get rid of dirt/dust.
Clean the Car
STEP 5: Wind down the window while delivering to customer
location to remove any unpleasant smell.

NOTE: Any wet wipes and gloves used for the cleaning process should be
thrown away. DO NOT leave them in the car.

STEP 1: You will have access to unlock the car with buffer
time 40 minutes to complete the job, if the fuel level is below
75% or 3/4, fuel up the car to 100% at the nearest petrol
station.

Collect Car: STEP 2: Pay using own money. Request and keep the official
receipts.

TROUBLESHOOTING

APPENDIX

These actions below are strictly monitored and will result in
penalty:

● Mark Job as Done on the app without doing the job.


● Accepted job but no show.
● Cancelling an Accepted Job with no valid reason.
● Ending job before reservation end.
● Late delivery/arrival. OFFENCES
● Did NOT upload inspection photos (4 sides) in the Dash
app (on After Inspection).
● Not updating Dash app with no justified reason.
● Falsity of claims amount.
● Returning SOCAR with less than 50% fuel.
● Rude behaviour to customers.
