12. Findings This sharing session jointed new staff not only program but also
Operation staff.
Main discussed on Cross cutting themes (6) points and its needed
minimum requirement indicator from M&E view by presentation
and two ways discussion with all staff.

13. Challenges and Constraints Some of staff are joint with Work from Home so only conducted
with Virtual. According to Virtual system we could not show how
money active participate in this session.
14. Recommendations for Need to continuous support for t refresher training or review
Future Trainings meeting.
