TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The Activity Proposal

I. RATIONALE
As the contagious COVID-19 pandemic happened, numerous changes and
routines also happened in our daily living. Part of these changes is cleaning or
sanitizing every area we have. We are needed to have an extra clean and healthy
environment from time to time to minimize and lessen the spread of the virus.
However, let's not forget that cleaning is not an occasional activity. With or without
the pandemic, let's remember that cleaning is a practice and not a project to be
done. Therefore, through this activity, the barangay Cabid-an will have the Whole
House Deep Cleaning project to add protection to our individuals against the
COVID-19 virus.
Whole House Deep Cleaning is about cleaning and sanitizing our respective
houses. Barangay Cabid-an will implement the plan and schedules of this activity
to carry out the project. In doing this activity, we also expect the help of the listed
participants during the whole process. Improvisation of material and resources is
considered a must. Above all, the willingness to work together will make the project
succeed.
Given the specific days and time, barangay Cabid-an is expected to
implement the: Whole House Deep Cleaning – “Magsararo sa pagtrabaho”

II. OBJECTIVES
This project aims the following:
▪ A fresh, clean, and healthy environment for the residents of barangay Cabid-
an.
▪ Dirt and germs are not visible in every corner of the house.
▪ To have neat and organized surroundings.
▪ Protect the residents of barangay Cabid-an from diseases they might
acquire.
▪ To have safe comfortable surroundings.
▪ To feel happiness living within that environment.
III. EXPECTED OUTPUTS
To achieve success in this project, the participants (barangay residents,
officials, volunteers, and youth) should finally clean their respective houses from
time to time, with or without the pandemic. They will realize that there are no such
conditions to maintain cleanliness and neatness in their places. We expect to
remove the dirt, trash, and unnecessary things in every corner of houses of
barangay Cabid-an. All the stated objectives will be done and achieved through the
work and help of all participants. This project hopes to change and make the
barangay better and safe for everyone.
