Responsibilities/ Skills: Involved working with multidisciplinary team of petrophysicist,
geologist, reservoir and drilling engineers in carbonate and clastic reservoir. Remote
monitoring of drilling activities, providing geological expertise, logistical support and critical
real-time decisions on well placement. Help junior Geologists to take decision during critical
situation (Landing and Geo-steering) of well placement. Updating prognosis while drilling and
ensure full geological support to the operation team. Also involved in planning of horizontal
wells, reviewing the directional plan for drilling, proposing geosteering requirements for the
wells and keeping an eye on the progress of drilling with LWD data to assure that the well is
geosteered in best porosity zone, updating the geological grid continuously based on new data
from well picks and database management of the well data. I mainly use the database
Openworks with the applications Stratworks, Z-Map and Decision space Desktop and Petrel for
performing my duties.
** Actively involved to place more than 1500 development & exploratory wells. Placed more
than 600 horizontal wells length range from 200m to 2000m, which include thin reservoir zone
(1m to 4m thickness)**

Responsibilities/ Skills: Involvement in Pre-job (well planning), Real-time (Real time

monitoring of deviated and horizontal wells) and Post-job modeling for well placement.
Develop 3D petrel geological reservoir model. Well analysis. LWD tools response QC and Log
analysis. Integrating geological data to construct maps, cross sections, and other displays to
characterize fields under appraisal and development using petrel software. Development well
planning for hydrocarbon production and water injection.

Responsibilities/ Skills: Well Site Geology and quality evaluation, formation evaluation and

well surveillance. Detect Formation tops, casing points and coring points. Describe cutting
samples, core chips and hydrocarbon shows. Attends meetings and review jointly with Asset

remedies and answer queries on geological matters. Prepare end of well reports.
