Nurse: Ok, let is go step by step. Please roll up your sleeve for me. Let me disinfect your arm
first. Now let me tie the tourniquet round your arm. Ok, now you will feel a small pin prick.
Alessandro: oh! That is tight.
Nurse: It would not take long. Now turn your head to the window. What can you see?

Nurse: Uh-uh yes? Now I just need a minute to change the specimen tube.
Alessandro: Uh-uh. I feel really dizzy.
Nurse: That is ok. Now Hold this cotton ball to your arm. Press hard for a minute and bend
your arm. Yes, that is right. Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Good.
Alessandro: I don’t like this.
Nurse: Keep breathing. It is done now. Now for the plaster. I will send this to the lab.
Alessandro: I don’t feel so good.
Nurse: Here is some juice; that will help your dizziness.
Alessandro: Thanks
Nurse: Just relax. How do you feel now?
