• All students must complete the following forms and return them to
school by sending them to mls_elementary@mls-egypt.org

• Use this "Help form" to assist you filling the forms & returning them.
Health & safety (our role)
• The school will train students on appropriate hand hygiene.
• Regular breaks will be scheduled for students to wash their hands
during the school day.
• All classrooms will have sanitizing wipes & hand sanitizer to
maintain proper hygiene.
• All students, school-based staff & teachers will be required to
wear masks and follow safety regulations.
• High-contact surfaces such as light switches, handrails,
doorknobs, toilet seats etc. will be cleaned & disinfected regularly.
• Toilets will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
• A doctor will be present in all divisions on the premises.
• Quarantine room will be available for students or staff members
who experience a sudden onset of COVID-19 symptoms.
• Hallways will be labeled to maintain social distancing.

Transportation (bus students)

• Attendance is of utmost importance BUT if your child
shows symptoms of Covid-19 (fever, runny nose, cough,
fatigue, muscle ache, vomiting, diarrhea) please keep them
at home.
• When your child returns to school, a note should be sent
explaining his/her absence.
• If a student is ill for more than 3 days, a doctor's note is
required.
Visitors & appointments
In the upcoming school year, visits to school by parents will be strictly limited and it
would be impossible to accommodate drop-ins for the safety of your children.

Everyone must wear masks and follow sanitization protocols.

If parents need to meet someone face-to-face they must make an appointment for a
video conference.

Meetings must be on-line unless the issue is connected to child protection and
safeguarding.
