• Very spontaneous in talking. NO DEAD-
AIRS!
• Has good voice modulation. It is important
that we modulate our voice very well so that
we can encourage students to learn through
our voices.
• Mastered the lesson. You know the topic
well and I hope that you not only memorized
the topic but you know it BY HEART.
• Utilizes very interactive instructional
materials. I was amazed with the IMs that you
have used in your demo for it was very
interactive and really help us to understand the
lesson further.
• Calmed. I know that you are nervous, but you
NEVER SHOWED A SINGLE SIGN that
you are nervous.
• Giving clear instructions. It is good that you
have gave your instructions clear that it is for
us to know what to do.
• Gave good activities. The activities that you
have used in your lesson are all appropriate,
easy to understand, and helped to process the
flow of knowledge for the students.
• Making sure that students are
participating in the session. We make sure
that EVERYONE IS ON BOARD and
understands the lesson well. This is a good
form of monitoring on the progress of our
students.

AVOID
• ‘Easily acknowledges’ answers. Learn to
PROCESS more their answers by also simply
knowing why do they feel like this, or why did
they say that. Yes, we must be positive and
acknowledge their answers, but let us know
and let them know what are the values do they
‘value’, the context or ideology where they
based their response to the question. Develop
more the art of questioning and probing
especially that we are teaching values.
• Shallow and “fast-paced” discussion. Your
assigned topic was somehow not discussed or
elaborated well. There are so many things that
can be discussed about justice and charity
especially during this time of pandemic and
with the arising social issues in our society.
We should trigger the students’ mind so that
they could understand more the values being
learned.
• Using examples that are shallow and not
concrete. Use examples that are concrete and
contextualized so that they could be easily
understand and relate with.
• Letting students simple read the
processes/what is written on the IM. Learn
to interact with your students by asking them,
letting them discover what are the
processes/the ideas that are connected with
your topic. Trigger their minds. Trigger their
critical thinking skills. Our subject is not about
memorization of terminologies and processes,
but is more of putting and living those values
in our hearts and in our actions.
