Why you have selected a particular topic?

 We think that This topic teds to be very solution-oriented and the most important thing
we all observe that this topic is very vital for discussion because in this era of
digitalization or growing day by day with new technology are the major concern for
everybody but the most effected and unaware generation are the old people like are
grandparents and sometimes can observe in our parents also. And the primary motive of
choosing this topic is that we can create a strong contrast between the technology and
the old people and we can see our family members are suffering from this changing era.
Their opinions on the online payments apps are very horrible and we need to discuss
with them and mold their thinking towards that as well as we also want to tell them that
these things are safe until you are aware of the basic rule and regulations. We also
survey and tell them the basic terms that we use in an online transaction, for example,
OTP, COUPONS, wallet, UPI, QR CODE, and many more so that they can use this
properly and do the safe transaction.  
 
2)What is the process you went through for selecting the topics
First, we want that topic as we discuss in the above answer also which is the most
affected one and there affect will be till the life. It will be wrong if we say assumes that
these are the bad impacts of digitization because somewhere this is very cost-effective
and the smartest way of doing work.
Then we had a very good conversation of our thought and opinions on the given topics
we all tends to agree on only this topic,
Because somewhere we were thinking that this topic is common for everybody’s life.
then we did a conversation on this topic and come up with good points for our elder
generation.
