AGREEMENT OF TOURNAMENT CONDUCTING

This Contract Agreement of TOURNAMENT CONDUCTING is made and entered into on the 3rd Day of February, 2022
(03.02.2022) by and between the following parties:-

TS ESPORTS, GAMERS ARENA

&

UEF OFFICIAL

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that govern the parties in consideration of and as a condition of the
parties entering into this Agreement and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
consideration is acknowledged, the parties to this Agreement agree to the following:

➢ NAME OF THE AGREEMENT

The name of the Agreement shall be AGREEMENT OF TOURNAMENT CONDUCTING.

➢ PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

The Agreement is established for conducting the event: - RISING STAR SERIES

➢ MANAGEMENT
• The Tournament is fully managed by UEF.
• The Tournament is fully sponored by GAMERS ARENA
• The Tournament caster & other works will be handled by TS ESPORTS
• The Tournament GFX work is managed by UEF EXPECT SOME.

➢ CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS

The Tournament is fully sponsored by Gamers arena.

➢ REGISTRATION
• For registration 4 ss of UEF insta handle is permitted.
• Tournament registration will be fully done on Sponsor’s Discord.

➢ MEDIA RIGHTS

UEF OFFICIAL shall have the right under this agreement to publish all the updates regarding the event in UEF
Instagaram.

➢ TERM

This contract shall remain effective and enforceable only until the end of the Tournament.

 AGREEMENT OF TOURNAMENT CONDUCTING

Should any party decide to terminate this Agreement prior the date of maturity, the party shall notify the other at least
thirty (10) days prior the termination date.

➢ PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

The failure of either party to insist upon the strict compliance with and performance of any of the terms, conditions and
covenants hereof shall not be deemed as a relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedy that said third party may
have, nor shall it constructed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or default of the terms, conditions and covenants
herein contained, but the same shall be deemed to have been made unless expressed in writing and duly signed by the
waiving party.
