SERVICE AGREEMENT

The service agreement dated 24 August 2023 is between.........................
Addis abeba, Ethiopia
addressed in……………………………………………… (the player) and Scouts
International addressed in Yenig n Mh No 4-B /203 Antalya/Turkiye( the
contractor/service provider)for the football camp in Dubai/UAE between -10
September 2023

BACKGROUND

The contractor is of the opinion that the player has the necessary
qualifications,experience and abilities and confirms his eligibility
to take place in the football camp however this document alone does not
grant access/entry to UAE. It is the service providers responsibility to arrange
visa upon receiving initial payment from the player.

SERVICES

The contractor hereby agrees to provide the following services to the player in
between -10 September 2023.

1- Pick up/drop off from meeting point to the football pitches before
and after trainings and matches
2- Registration to the event

3- Unlimited water during training/match hours

4-Introduction of two local academies/clubs to the players

-Accomodation 2 Meals per day during camp period in UAE

The contractor will be placing the player to our agency selection team to
play friendlies against local teams to help him showcase talents .At the end of
camp may sign a representative deal for marketing of his rights in Turkey,UAE and
theTurkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.The contractor does not guarantee
transfer of player to a football club.

Upon evaluation period ,the contractor may assist player according to his level,
status and needs

RULES/REGULATIONS

-The player will send copy of flight tickets to the contractor latest 3 days before
the football camp for necessary arrangements.

-The Player hereby confirms that he has no health problem to take place in
trainings and may not held the contractor responsible from an injury that may
occur during training/match hours.

- The Player is responsible to behave in good manner and care about health of
other participants.The contractor reserves the right to leave player out of camp
any time in case of offensive manner or unnecessary aggression before or during
training hours against other participants of camp.

TERM OF AGREEMENT
The term of this agreement will begin on the date of this agreement and will
remain in full force and effect until the completion of the services

CURRENCY

Except otherwise provided in this agreement , monetary amounts referred to in

this agreement are in Euro

COMPENSATION

The contractor will charge the player a sum of 6 0 Euro

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Initial payment 300 Euro (Prior to visa application)

Remaining balance 3 0 Euro (Before or on date of arrival)

Failure to do payment on time/missing amount of payment or asking extra time

for any reason may result with cancellation of player registration to the event. It is
the players responsibility to do necessary arrangements prior to travelling UAE

The Compensation does include sales tax,or other applicable duties as may be
required by law
